Skills - C.A.D and other Software

• Fusion 360: Self-taught for school and personal projects involved using: Drawings, Meshes, Rendering, Forms, Animations, and Generative Design.

•AutoCAD: Created cut paths for school's laser cutter.

•MeshLab: Applied specifically in Project R.A.L.P.(H) for refining meshes produced from 3D face scanning applications. Involves vertice remapping and surface reconstruction.

•Cura: Proficient at modifying profiles and using adaptive supports for fast and efficient 3D printing.

•Adobe Illustrator: Primary software used in Graphic Design class.

•Heges: Mobile app that birthed Project R.A.L.P.(H), used for creating 3D scans of human heads and objects with Lidar sensors on phones.

Skills - Mechanical and Electrical

• 3D printing: Personal to me, I own two printers and continue to increase my knowledge base of most additive manufacturing technologies.

•Service and Repair: Many printers in design classrooms and for friends.

•Laser Cutting: Available at my school, used for rapid prototyping simple geometries.

  • Create 3D models based off of DFA and DFM principles
  • Ability to design around constraints of these machines

•Electrical: Arduino basics, soldering, wiring, and multimeters.

Education and Experience

Santa Clara University - Santa Clara, CA (Graduating June 2028)

My College  - Majoring in mechanical engineering. Current Engineering courses include MECH 10 L and ENGR1/ L.

Chatham High School - Chatham, NJ (Graduated June 2024)

My High School - Engineering and Design related courses taken include: Honors Design Studio (2x), Advanced Robotics, Lab Assistant, 3D Engineering and Design, Introduction to Design and Innovation, and Graphic Design.

Centercourt Ninja Coach - Chatham, NJ

My Job - While most of the time I focus on connecting and training kids through the sport of ninja warrior, I also assist with the construction of the ninja course. This consists of dealing with high strength truss, pipes, and industrial clamps. In addition, I design and build new obstacles. Some based off of my imagination, some that have been built already. I also manage ninja related social media accounts like our Instagram page.

Notable Project

Project S.P.A.R.K

Created a teaching tool aimed at aspiring STEM students that demonstrates the workings of a physical component; a linear actuator. I aimed to check all boxes with this project by creating a working physical model, detailed instructions, an assembly video, advertisements, and even mock packaging. [Included - C.A.D, 3D printing, soldering/wiring, DFA/DFM techniques, laser cutting, and video editing.

Notable Project

Project R.A.L.P.(H)

Created a device that can automatically rotate an iPhone around your head from a fixed point. This device works in pair with a 3D scanning app called Heges. The app utilizes the on board Lidar units in iPhones to create 3d scans. I was able to mount my phone in the created device and produce a full 360 degree face scan from the flip of a switch. [Included - C.A.D, 3D printing, soldering/wiring, DFA techniques, and mesh refinement.]
