Each year, Chatham High School presents Outstanding Achievement Awards, better known as the Bell Awards, to 42 out of 1200+ high school students. These awards honor students for hard work, dedication, and commitment to their academics as well as their commitment to being a valuable role model for others in their class. Each teacher in the high school has an opportunity to nominate one student from their rosters for this award. Each department then makes the final selections from the nominees as to who will be awarded a "Bell" representing their department. Apart of the ceremony is a letter from the nominator, describing why you were selected for this award. I have attached this letter below.
