This page features parts that I have modeled and printed for structural purposes. One held up a monitor riser which I no longer use because of another project on this page. Another Holds up my laptop and my most recent is attached to the corner of my room and holds up a 5 pound computer monitor. Projects Completed Junior Year.
This was a very structurally involved print and design. There are 2 parts. One that slides into existing geometry on the monitor. The second screws that part, along with the monitor into it, which then screws into the wall. I was able to get this large part which is about 10 inches tall, down to 7 hours by heavily modifying a CURA profile.
I wanted to elevate my desk setup by creating a stand for my laptop. I could have used some textbooks but instead I decided to make a stand and print it out. Assembled with M4 nuts and screws.
These were made to suspend my monitor along with a stand it previously rested on. These risers needed to support about 10 pounds and rested on my desk.
